Fixes

•Associate a reference to a Derived field with the source field. For example:
               Sum( { $< [OrderDate.autoCalendar.InYTD]={1} > } [Sales] )
will count as a reference to the field "OrderDate".
 

•On Applist, make "Collected only" checkbox always visible, even when there are no Collections.
